Susie, who runs out of chocolate, suddenly finds a plate of chocolate on her roommate's desk. She uses all sorts of ways to extort the chocolate from her roommate.
In modern society, there is a severe disconnection of dialogue. Even if it's a roommate. 99% started with this social problem. Instead of speaking kindly just to get a small piece of chocolate, Susie chose to take it by force and soon gets the right punishment.
Also, the fact that the chocolate was a bitter piece of 99% cacao that had no ordinary sweetness indicates the relationship between people who were not interested in each other. Karine was giving Susie an implicit hint by watching Kakao-related videos throughout the movie. But Susie, who focuses only on chocolate, which is the goal, misses it. 99% described these problems in a humorous way.
Get your Ticket to see 99% at the F&MAD Film Festival on Thursday, April 13 at MEGABOX.
