Inspired by the saying "Frogs hit by recklessly thrown rocks can sometimes be killed“, this film depicts the background story of victims of war. Through the conversation between the characters, the film indirectly criticizes the unfortunate tragedy where perpetrators of war, due to their greed, barely suffer from war destruction. Meanwhile, the veterans and their families become the innocent victims who carry the agony of war.
After witnessing a frog's death from a rock thrown by her friends during a game she proposes, Ihwa feels guilty. She confessed the incident to her mother, Haera, who responds not just with consolation but with a conversation that holds a deep lesson. This and other conversations in the film connect to an invisible absence in the family.
